The Mashyn Family Food Website was created to introduce a family-run food business and share its story and products. The website was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and is published through WordPress.

I independently designed and developed the entire website from start to finish, initially working in Visual Studio Code and later publishing the project through WordPress. I created all page layouts, organized the site structure, edited and optimized images, and configured navigation. I also ensured the website layout was responsive and functional across different screen sizes. As this was my first large project, I began coding without creating wireframes or a sitemap, which I later learned to plan and implement.

This project involved multiple stages of planning, design, and development. In addition to building the website pages, I focused on creating all the content and structuring it clearly, as no content or information was provided to me beforehand.

Web Development

I started working on the website in Visual Studio Code, using HTML and CSS to build the layout and style the content, including text and images. After that, I added basic functionality using JavaScript, such as a responsive navigation menu for mobile devices.

Once the initial structure and design were complete, I continued the project in WordPress to support additional functionality, including SEO and future e-commerce features. This required adapting parts of the original code and integrating them into a PHP-based environment. As the website is still a work in progress, some pages, SEO setup, and e-commerce functionality are yet to be completed.
